退換貨須知
國內訂單退貨政策
七日鑑賞期
依《消費者保護法》規定，凡於本網站購買之商品，自您收到商品次日起享有 7 日鑑賞期（含例假日）。
鑑賞期非試用期，商品須保持 全新、完整且可恢復至出貨狀態，方可申請退貨。
退換貨程序
1. 請登入會員帳戶，至
會員中心 ＞ 訂單管理 ＞ 聯絡我們申請退貨
提交申請後，客服人員將於 1–2 個工作日內 與您聯繫。
2. 申請後，請保持商品完整且符合法規條款：
3. 退換貨商品需隨附：原廠外盒、配件、吊牌、贈品、發票／收據、保證書與隨附文件，並以原包裝妥善寄回。
4. 家具或特殊大型／脆弱商品，因涉及第三方運送，運費恕無法退還；若已組裝，將不接受退貨。
退貨條件
退貨商品須符合以下條件：
- 商品未使用、未清洗、未加工。
- 吊牌、標籤、安全繩完整未拆。
- 無污漬、異味（如香水、煙味）、人為損壞。
- 原廠包裝、配件、贈品、保證書、發票／收據皆需完整退回。
退貨運費說明
- 退貨運費需由消費者自行負擔。
- 若退貨後訂單未達原免運或活動門檻，將自退款金額中扣除原訂單運費或相關優惠差額。
- 家具、大型商品或特殊商品之運費恕不退還。
無法受理退換貨之情形
- 未事先聯繫本公司辦理。
- 超過 7 日鑑賞期。
- 商品非全新狀態或包裝不完整。
- 貼身衣物、香氛、食品、毛巾、飾品配件等基於衛生考量之商品。
- 商品經使用、加工、修改、清洗或試穿。
- 活動贈品未完整退回。
- 折扣、出清或頁面標示「不接受退換貨」之商品。
- 實體門市購買之商品。

有多次退換貨異常紀錄之買家。
商品瑕疵或寄送錯誤
如遇以下情況，請於收貨後立即拍照或錄影存證並聯繫客服：
- 商品本身瑕疵。
- 運送過程造成損壞。
- 收到商品與訂單內容不符。
本公司保留最終判定退貨可受理與否之權利。
退款說明
退回商品經檢查無誤後，將於 7–14 個工作日內完成退款：

線上支付將依原付款方式刷退至帳戶。

各銀行作業時間不同，實際入帳日請洽詢發卡銀行。
海外訂單政策（International Orders）
重要說明
海外訂單 恕不提供退貨或換貨服務，所有海外訂單一經成立即視為最終銷售。
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed.
關稅、稅金與相關費用
- 海外訂單可能產生之 進口關稅、稅金、清關費用或其他政府規費，皆由消費者自行負擔。
- 本公司 不負責任何海外關稅、稅金之代墊、退還或退稅申請。
- 無論商品是否完成簽收，所有已產生之關稅與相關費用均不予退款。
Customs Duties & Taxes
- Any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other governmental charges incurred on international orders are the sole responsibility of the customer
- We do not cover, refund, or assist with any customs duties, taxes, or duty drawback requests
- All duties and taxes incurred are non-refundable, regardless of delivery or acceptance status
配送與拒收說明
- 因個人因素（包含但不限於尺寸不合、喜好改變、未繳納關稅等）導致商品 無法完成配送、遭退回或拒收，本公司將不提供退款或補寄。
- 若商品因拒收、無法投遞等原因退回，所產生之 國際運費、關稅、倉儲、處理或銷毀費用，皆由消費者自行承擔。
- 本公司保留視實際情況決定是否重新寄送商品之權利，相關費用需另行計算。
Delivery & Refusal of Shipment
- Orders that cannot be delivered, are returned, or are refused due to personal reasons (including but not limited to size issues, change of mind, or failure to pay customs duties) are not eligible for refunds or reshipment
- Any costs incurred due to refusal or failed delivery, including international shipping fees, duties, storage, handling, or disposal fees, shall be borne by the customer
- We reserve the right to determine whether reshipment is possible; additional fees may apply

- 不同國家之關稅與進口規範可能有所差異，建議消費者事前自行查詢。
- 本公司保留因異常交易、拒收或違反訂購規範之情形，限制帳號使用或拒絕交易之權利。
